A medida vai incentivar a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de novas ind\u00fastrias numa \u00e1rea de 1,6 milh\u00f5es de metros quadrados adquiridos para a instala\u00e7\u00e3o do condom\u00ednio industrial.<\/p>\n<p>Isso foi poss\u00edvel em raz\u00e3o da lei 9.488 de 2021. Com a mudan\u00e7a, os estabelecimentos industriais que se enquadrem neste regime tribut\u00e1rio especial ir\u00e3o recolher apenas 2% (dois por cento) sobre o valor das opera\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00edda interna e interestadual.<\/p>\n<p>A inclus\u00e3o de Tangu\u00e1 foi fruto da articula\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica do prefeito Rodrigo Medeiros com a Assembleia Legislativa do Estado (Alerj) e com o governo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, por meio do governador Cl\u00e1udio Castro.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m haver\u00e1 redu\u00e7\u00e3o do ICMS na importa\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e1quinas, equipamentos, assim como na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado interno, aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o interestadual, e tamb\u00e9m na importa\u00e7\u00e3o e aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o interna de mat\u00e9ria-prima e outros insumos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O munic\u00edpio de Tangu\u00e1 foi inserido no Regime de Tratamento Tribut\u00e1rio Especial do ICMS.
