Esse imposto \u00e9 cobrado sempre que h\u00e1 transfer\u00eancias n\u00e3o gratuitas de im\u00f3veis.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">A medida permite o parcelamento, de acordo com o valor a ser pago pelo contribuinte. Assim, valores de at\u00e9 R $1.000,00 podem ser pagos em at\u00e9 04 (quatro) parcelas; acima de R $1.000,00 at\u00e9 R $3.000,00 em at\u00e9 08 (oito) parcelas; e para tributos que ultrapassem R$3.000,00, em at\u00e9 10 (dez) parcelas.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Para ser beneficiado pelas linhas de parcelamento listadas no Decreto N\u00b0 176\/2021, de 01 de dezembro de 2021, o contribuinte deve preencher o requerimento dispon\u00edvel no site da Prefeitura (no link da Secretaria Municipal de Fazenda e Planejamento) ou na sede da secretaria. Ap\u00f3s, protocolizar a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o devidamente preenchida para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e emiss\u00e3o de guia para recolhimento do ITBI no Protocolo Geral, informando a op\u00e7\u00e3o por cota \u00fanica ou parcelamento.
